This Privacy Statement applies to SalesTalk Technologies, LLC. (“SalesTalk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and explains how information you provide to us or that we obtain about you from your use of our websites, products and services, is used and shared.

We may obtain information about you from third party sources such as public databases, our Business Partners, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, and from other third parties. An example of the information we may receive from other sources include page-view information from some Business Partners with which we operate co-branded services or joint offerings. We may use the information to better understand you, to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, products and services to you.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS ON BEHALF OF OUR CUSTOMERS
In the course of using our products and services, SalesTalk customers and their end-users may choose to integrate data that contains personal data of their individual customers. The information our customers and their end-users integrate through the SalesTalk services is processed by SalesTalk purely on behalf of the customer at the customer’s sole discretion and direction. SalesTalk’s privacy practices for these instances of processing will be governed by the contract that we have in place with our customers, and not by this Privacy Statement.
In addition, we may share Personal Information to carry out transactions you request with Business Partners that help SalesTalk or our corporate affiliates customize, analyze and/or improve our communication or relationship with you. This may include requests relating to SalesTalk products or services. We will only share Personal Information with Business Partners who share SalesTalk’s commitment to protecting your Personal Information. Except as described above, we will not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have provided consent.

SELECTING YOUR COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES & ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may choose to receive or not receive marketing communications from SalesTalk by indicating your preferences. Opportunities to select your preferences include the following:

HOW WE SECURE PERSONAL INFORMATION
SalesTalk is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. SalesTalk takes all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
We encourage you to keep any passwords you use confidential and to be careful to avoid “phishing” scams where someone may send you an email that appears to be from SalesTalk asking for your personal information. SalesTalk will not request your ID or password through email.
